Our speaker this month is David Korn, AT&T Research Labs, author of the Korn Shell. He will describe UWin, a UNIX emulation that runs on WindowsNT, Windows 98, and Windows 95. Four years ago he began porting the Korn shell to Windows NT, a project that he expected to finish in a few weeks but is still going. He will explain the goals, history and future of UWin.

From Seattle I-90 East Exit 10B, Richards Road Straight through stop light. Right on 131st Ave SE From I-405 I-90 East Exit 11A, 150th St Right at stop light. Right on SE 38th St SE 38th becomes SE 36th Left on 131st Ave SEParking garages will be locked after 6pm, so go up the hill to an outdoor lot if the circle drive is full.
