Steven Burton from IQLinux.com will speak about new models of technical support in the Open Source/Free Choice Software market. Where the user and providers are no longer restricted to the "one size fits all" plans usually provided by the traditional software firms.

Following Steven's presentation the will be an open discussion on different support options for Unix® support in the Puget Sound Area. With the demand exceeding supply, is there more flexible way to get the system support you need. Where can you get the help without a full time commitment. We will discuss different models, from short term contracts to remote administration.

Parking garages will be locked after 6pm, so go up the hill to an outdoor
lot if the circle drive is full.
