The Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP)
is a client-server, TCP/IP-based protocol for accessing a directory service
(file system).

uses LDAP Directory to provide a Contingency of Operation Plan (COOP)
for email.
This technology provides "instant" alternate access to new inbound and
outbound email for critical NOAA operations.Note new meeting location! Seattle Vocational Institute, 2120 South Jackson Street, Seattle, WA 98144.
