Satish will speak on IP Multicasting, including the service model (addressing, mapping, scoping and multicast socket options), multicasting on a LAN compared to unicasting and broadcasting, host to router protocols (IGMP v1, v2, v3), multicasting on a WAN, multicasting applications, and multicasting routing protocols.

Carillon Point is an office/retail complex located between Lake Street and the lake front. Myrio is located in the building with the address 3000 Carillon Point that is to the right of the traffic circle. Turn right at the traffic circle, drive past the building and enter the gated parking lot. (Parking is free if you exit the lot after 7 p.m.) Enter the building from the side facing the lake. We suggest you arrive by 7:10 p.m. - if you arrive late, you may not be able to gain access to the building.
